Career and Breakthrough Roles

Kim gained widespread recognition through her performance in the 2018–2019 JTBC television series SKY Castle, which earned her the Best New Actress award at the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards. She followed this with her first leading television role in the MBC series Extraordinary You (2019), winning both Excellent Actress and Best New Actress at the MBC Drama Awards.
