Kim Byeong-Ki

Kim Byeong-Ki (Hangul: 김병기) is a veteran South Korean television and film actor born on November 2, 1948. He has maintained a prolific acting career spanning multiple decades, appearing in numerous television series across major South Korean broadcasting networks such as MBC, KBS2, SBS, and tvN.

Career and Television Credits

Kim has built an extensive portfolio playing various supporting and character roles in South Korean dramas. His career includes notable appearances in historical period dramas, political thrillers, and contemporary series. Some of his early recognized television works include appearances in the 1995 series Sandglass and the 1997 drama Revenge and Passion.

Throughout the 2000s and 2010s, Kim continued to secure prominent character roles in high-profile productions. Notable credits from this period include portraying Yeon Ta-Bal in the historical epic Prince of the Legend (commonly known as Jumong) (2006–2007), Sa Taek Juk Duk in Gye-Baek (2011), and No Yang-Ho in My Golden Life (2017–2018).

As his career progressed into the 2020s, Kim remained active in the South Korean television industry, taking on parts in diverse projects such as The Veil (2021), Police University (2021), Tracer (2022), Oasis (2023), and more recent projects scheduled or released through 2025 and 2026, including The Judge Returns.
