Kim Beom: South Korean Actor and Television Personality
Kim Beom (born Kim Sang-beom on July 7, 1989) is a prominent South Korean television and film actor. Raised in South Korea, he attended Kyungbock High School and later studied at Chung-Ang University. During his school years, he balanced academic performance with athletic interests, playing football during middle school. His aspiration to enter the entertainment industry began during high school after observing performers at the Korean Film Award ceremony.

Early Career and Breakthrough
Kim entered the professional entertainment industry after winning the KBS-sponsored Survival Star Audition in 2006. That same year, he made his acting debut in the MBC drama series The Daring Sisters. He gained broader recognition through his appearance in the popular MBC sitcom High Kick! (2006–2007), where he played a character sharing his first name.
His major career breakthrough arrived in 2009 when he was cast as So Lee-jeong in the hit television series Boys Over Flowers. The drama achieved high viewership ratings in South Korea and contributed to his widespread recognition across Asia.
