Kazuya Takahashi (高橋和也) is a Japanese actor born on May 20, 1969, in Tokyo, Japan. Standing at 1.70 meters with blood type O, he has built an extensive career spanning decades, appearing in numerous Japanese films and television drama series.

Takahashi has maintained a prolific presence in Japanese cinema since the late 1980s, working across various genres from independent projects to major studio releases. Notable film credits include his early work in Rock yo shizukani nagareyo (1988) as Tsutomu Toda (Tonda), followed by roles in Kamikaze Taxi (1995), Hush!
