Kasa wo Motanai Aritachi wa
Kasa wo Motanai Aritachi wa (English title: Of Ants and Umbrellas) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on Fuji TV in 2016. The four-episode series is based on the short story collection of the same name written by Shigeaki Kato, which was published by Kadokawa Shoten on June 1, 2015.
Plot
The story follows Jun Hashimoto, a struggling science fiction novelist who lives off his savings. His editor, Tateyama, challenges him to write a love story for a youth-oriented web magazine. Initially reluctant because he has no experience writing romance, Jun finds inspiration after reconnecting with his childhood friend, Keisuke Murata.
