Kangnam Scandal

Kangnam Scandal (Korean: 강남 스캔들; RR: Gangnam Seukaendeul) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on SBS. The series premiered on November 26, 2018, and concluded on May 17, 2019, spanning 123 episodes. It was broadcast in the network's weekday 08:40–09:10 time slot.

Plot

The story follows Eun So-Yoo, a stylist who works diligently to support her family and pay for her mother's medical expenses. Her life becomes intertwined with Choi Seo-Joon, a wealthy man from a chaebol family. While Eun So-Yoo initially approaches him for financial reasons, the two eventually develop genuine romantic feelings. The narrative explores their relationship against the backdrop of Choi Seo-Joon's struggle with an incurable illness and his cynical outlook on love.
