Kang-Koo's Story

Kang-Koo's Story (Korean: 강구 이야기; RR: Kangkoo Yiyagi) is a South Korean television movie that aired on the SBS network in 2014. The production is notable for being filmed in 3D.

Production

The project was directed by Hong Sung-Chang and written by Baek Mi-Kyeong. It consists of two episodes, which were broadcast on March 29 and March 30, 2014, in the 20:55 time slot.

Plot

The story follows Kyung-Tae, played by Lee Dong-Wook, a man characterized as cold-blooded and aimless. Seeking to honor his late friend, Kyung-Tae travels to Ganggu Harbor in Yeongdeok, South Korea, to care for his friend's older sister, Moon-Sook (Park Joo-Mi), and her son, Kang-Koo. As Kyung-Tae integrates into their lives, he develops feelings for Moon-Sook, who suffers from an illness, while navigating his relationship with the cautious young Kang-Koo.
