Kamo, Kyoto e Iku. -Shinise Ryokan no Okami Nikki- is a Japanese television drama series that aired on Fuji TV from April 9 to June 18, 2013. The series consists of 11 episodes and follows the story of a high-ranking government official who unexpectedly becomes the proprietor of a traditional inn in Kyoto.

Plot Synopsis

Kamo Ueba, portrayed by Nao Matsushita, is an elite official working within the Ministry of Finance. Her life changes abruptly following the sudden death of her mother. Kamo discovers that she has inherited "Ueba Ya," a multi-generational ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) located in Kyoto. Upon taking ownership, she finds the establishment burdened by significant debt, forcing her to navigate the complexities of managing a historic business while adjusting to a new life in Kyoto.
