Jung Do-Won (Hangul: 정도원) is a South Korean actor known for his diverse supporting roles in cinema and television. Born on July 17, 1980, in Pohang, South Korea, he stands at a height of 180 cm. Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous prominent South Korean films and television series, frequently portraying investigators, detectives, officials, and various supporting characters.

Film Career

Jung began building a recognizable filmography in the South Korean film industry during the late 2000s and 2010s. His early notable credits include appearing as Detective Park in the acclaimed action thriller The Man from Nowhere (2010). Over the following decade, he established a steady presence in commercial cinema, taking on character roles in features such as The Wailing (2016) as a doctor, The Age of Shadows (2016) as Woo Ma-E, The King (2017), and Smugglers (2023) as Aeggoo. His later film credits include a role as a KCIA agent in Good News (2025).

Television Series and Dramas

In addition to his work in feature films, Jung has expanded his acting portfolio into television series and broadcasting networks. His television credits feature roles in various crime, thriller, and drama programs, including Squad 38 (OCN, 2016), Cross (tvN, 2018), Watcher (OCN, 2019), Shadow Detective 2 (Disney+, 2023), and the drama series Fifties Professionals (MBC, 2026) as Kim Young-Bum.
