Jang Joon-Hwan
Jang Joon-Hwan (born January 19, 1970) is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. He is recognized for his contributions to South Korean cinema, notably for his work on the cult classic Save the Green Planet! (2003) and the historical drama 1987: When the Day Comes (2017).

Jang attended Sungkyunkwan University and later studied at the Korean Academy of Film Arts. His directorial debut, Save the Green Planet!, gained critical attention for its unique blend of genres. Throughout his career, he has balanced roles as both a director and a screenwriter, contributing to projects such as Phantom: The Submarine (1999) as a writer.
