Jang Hee-jin

Jang Hee-jin (born May 9, 1983) is a South Korean actress. She has maintained a consistent career in the South Korean entertainment industry, appearing in numerous television series and feature films since the mid-2000s.

Career

Jang began her acting career in the mid-2000s, with early roles in projects such as Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy (2005) and the film APT. (2006). Over the following decades, she established herself as a versatile performer, taking on roles in both contemporary dramas and historical period pieces.

Her filmography includes notable appearances in Rough Cut (2008) and Confession (2014). In television, she has been recognized for her performances in a wide range of genres. Her work includes roles in The Village: Achiara's Secret (2015), On the Way to the Airport (2016), and Flower of Evil (2020). She also portrayed Queen Jungsoon in the historical drama The Red Sleeve (2021).

In 2017, Jang received the Excellent Actress award in the weekend drama category at the MBC Drama Awards for her performance in You Are Too Much.

Education

Jang attended Kyung Hee Cyber University, where she majored in Hotel Management.
