Plot

The story follows So-Hyun, a young woman who struggles with an intense fear of being alone. After being abandoned by a companion named Jung-Ho, she encounters Jane, a transgender woman who offers her a sense of community and belonging. Production and Release

Directed by Cho Hyun-Hoon, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Kim So-Mi, the film had its world premiere at the Busan International Film Festival in October 2016. It was subsequently released in South Korean theaters on May 31, 2017. The film has a runtime of 104 minutes.

Awards

Koo Kyo-Hwan received the Best New Actor award at the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards in 2018 for his performance as the titular character.
