Jackpot (Korean: 대박; RR: Daebak) is a South Korean historical drama series that aired on SBS from March 28 to June 14, 2016. The series, directed by Nam Gun and written by Kwon Soon-gyu, consists of 24 episodes and was broadcast in the Monday and Tuesday 22:00 time slot.
Plot
Set during the Joseon era, the narrative centers on a high-stakes conflict between two men: Baek Dae-gil, a skilled gambler, and King Yeongjo. The plot revolves around a wager where Dae-gil risks his life, while the King bets the future of the Joseon Kingdom. The story also features the character Dam-seo, who seeks revenge against the monarch.

The first script reading for the series took place on February 15, 2016. The drama occupied the SBS Monday and Tuesday time slot following the conclusion of Six Flying Dragons (often referred to as The Roots of Throne) and was succeeded by Doctors on June 20, 2016.
