Plot

The narrative centers on Su-young, a college professor in his 40s, who recounts his experiences of first love to his students. As a young man in his 20s, Su-young struggled to balance his education with the demands of working part-time. During this period, he became infatuated with a girl who possessed a distinct, eccentric style reminiscent of Pippi Longstocking. His romantic aspirations were complicated by the turbulent political climate of the era.

In the present day, the boundaries between Su-young's memories and his current reality begin to dissolve when he encounters a high school student named Su-ji, who bears a striking resemblance to the girl from his youth. The film examines the interplay between past and present, questioning the reliability of memory and the nature of existence.
