I'll Give You the Stars and the Moon

I'll Give You the Stars and the Moon (Korean: 별도 달도 따줄게) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS1 from May 7 to November 2, 2012. The series, which consists of 129 episodes, was broadcast in the Monday to Friday 20:25 time slot.

Plot

The story centers on a family navigating internal conflicts and personal crises. The narrative begins with Seo Man-Ho (Kim Young-Chul) expressing pride in his two sons, specifically touting his eldest son, Jin-Woo (Jo Dong-Hyuk), as a future medical school professor. However, Jin-Woo faces a professional crisis after a surgical error leads to a phobia of performing operations. Simultaneously, the younger son, Jin-Goo (Kim Dong-Yoon), encounters legal and physical trouble at a construction site. The plot further develops when Han Chae-Won (Seo Ji-Hye) suffers a fall in a subway station; Jin-Woo, who happens to be nearby, assists her but sustains a hand injury that threatens his medical career.

Production and Broadcast

The series was directed by Jun Sung-Hong and written by Hong Young-Hee. It followed the conclusion of My One and Only and was succeeded by Cheer Up, Mr. Kim in the KBS1 daily drama schedule.
