I Sometimes Want to Be the Protagonist of a Pornography (Korean: 나도 때론 포르노그라피의 주인공이고 싶다) is a 2015 South Korean film directed by Jang Sung-Soo. The film, which has a runtime of 82 minutes, explores themes of love and personal discovery through the perspective of its lead character, Jin-Hee.

Background and Production

The film is based on the 1999 autobiographical essay of the same name written by actress Seo Kab-Sook, which was published by JoongAng M&B. The narrative follows the character Jin-Hee, whose understanding of love and relationships is transformed through her interactions with a man.
