Hur Jin-ho
Hur Jin-ho (born August 1963) is a South Korean film director and screenwriter recognized for his work in contemporary Korean cinema. His career spans several decades, encompassing both feature films and television drama series.

Career
Hur Jin-ho began his career in the 1990s, with early works such as For Go-chul (1993). He gained significant recognition for his directorial debut feature, Christmas in August (1998), which he also co-wrote. Throughout the 2000s, he continued to explore themes of human relationships and emotion in films such as One Fine Spring Day (2001), April Snow (2005), and Happiness (2007).
In addition to his film work, Hur has directed television drama series, including Lost (2021) and Love in the Big City (2024). His recent filmography includes The Last Princess (2016), Forbidden Dream (2019), and A Normal Family (2024).
