Plot Synopsis

The narrative centers on Eun-Ho, played by Kim Hye-Yoon, a gumiho—a mythical creature from Korean folklore traditionally depicted with nine tails. Unlike typical gumiho lore where such entities strive to become human, Eun-Ho prefers her eternal youth and enjoys the pleasures of the human world, actively avoiding actions that would trigger transformation. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Kang Si-Yeol, portrayed by Lomon, a world-class soccer player and top striker for an overseas club whose narcissism matches his elite athletic achievements.

Broadcast Schedule and Production Details

The series aired on SBS during the Friday and Saturday 21:50 to 23:10 time slot, running from January 16 through February 28, 2026. It succeeded the broadcast slot previously occupied by Taxi Driver 3 and was followed by Phantom Lawyer on March 13, 2026.

Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, episodes 9 and 10 did not air on February 13 and February 14, 2026, instead broadcasting the following weekend on February 20 and February 21, 2026.
