He's On Duty (Korean: 방가?방가!; RR: Bangga? Banga!) is a 2010 South Korean comedy film directed by Yook Sang-Hyo. The film centers on the experiences of migrant workers in South Korea and addresses themes of social prejudice and labor conditions.

Plot

The story follows Bang Tae-Sik, a South Korean man who struggles to secure steady employment due to his appearance, which is often mistaken for that of a person from Southeast Asia. In an attempt to find work, he adopts the persona of a Bhutanese immigrant named "Bangga." While working under this disguise, he gains firsthand experience of the systemic racism and challenges faced by migrant laborers in the country.
