Plot

The story follows Sung Deok-Mi, a dedicated art gallery curator who maintains a secret life as a passionate fan of the idol Cha Shi-An. Her obsession with the idol has previously caused complications in her personal relationships, leading her to prioritize her career and her secret fan activities. The dynamic changes when Ryan Gold, a former painter who has abandoned his craft, becomes the new director of her gallery. Ryan is initially indifferent to others but eventually discovers Deok-Mi's secret, leading to an unexpected interest in her.

Production

The series is based on the novel Noona Paen Datkom, written by Kim Sung-Yeon and published on April 10, 2007. The television adaptation was written by Kim Hye-Young. The production held its first script reading on February 25, 2019. The show occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:30 time slot on tvN, following the conclusion of Touch Your Heart and preceding Search: WWW.
