Hearty Paws 2 (2010 Film)

Hearty Paws 2 (Korean: 마음이2) is a 2010 South Korean adventure film directed by Lee Jung-Chul. It serves as a sequel to the 2006 film Hearty Paws, continuing the story centered on the Labrador retriever, Maeumee.

Plot

The story follows Maeumee, who has recently given birth to a litter of puppies. Her owner, Dong-Wook (played by Song Joong-Ki), faces academic pressure, leading his mother to decide that the dogs must be removed from their home. The dogs are temporarily relocated to a relative's video shop while awaiting placement in an animal training center.

The situation escalates when two jewel thieves, Hyeok-Pil (Sung Dong-Il) and Du-Pil (Kim Jung-Tae), discover the puppies at the shop. They kidnap the smallest puppy to use as a courier for smuggling diamonds. Maeumee witnesses the abduction and embarks on a journey to rescue her offspring from the criminals.
