Heartbeat (Korean: 가슴이 뛴다; RR: Gaseumi Ddwinda) is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from June 26 to August 15, 2023. The fantasy-romance drama consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast in the Monday and Tuesday 21:50 time slot.

Plot

The series follows Sun Woo-Hyeol (played by TaecYeon), a half-human, half-vampire who harbors a deep desire to become fully human. He misses his opportunity to complete this transformation by a single day after a century-long wait. His life becomes intertwined with Joo In-Hae (Won Ji-An), a contract nurse-teacher who also operates a guest house. Known for her pragmatic and cold-hearted demeanor due to financial hardships, In-Hae eventually shares a living space with Woo-Hyeol, leading to the development of a romantic relationship.

Production
