Heard It Through the Grapevine (Korean: 풍문으로 들었소; RR: Poongmooneuro Deuleotso) is a South Korean television series that aired on SBS from February 23 to June 2, 2015. The drama was directed by An Pan-Seok and written by Jung Sung-Joo. It occupied the Monday and Tuesday 21:55 time slot.

Plot

The story centers on Han Jung-Ho, a powerful and influential man working at a prestigious law firm, and his wife, Choi Yeon-Hee. They lead a life of luxury and social standing, raising their son, Han In-Sang, to follow in their footsteps. Their carefully constructed world is disrupted when their son marries Seo Bom, a girl from a vastly different social background, forcing the elite family to confront unexpected challenges and social scrutiny.

Production

The series was produced for the SBS network. The first script reading for the cast took place on January 16, 2015, at the SBS Studio in Tanhyun, Ilsan, South Korea. The drama succeeded the series Punch in its time slot and was followed by High Society on June 8, 2015.
