Haan, also known as Haan, Han Gil Soo, is a South Korean historical film released on September 23, 2005. Directed by Lee In-Soo, the film explores the narrative of a double agent named Han Gil-soo during the period of the Pacific War.

Plot

The film presents a fictionalized account of historical events surrounding the independence of Korea. It posits that the double agent Han Gil-soo played a pivotal role in the geopolitical shifts leading to the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 and the subsequent end of the war in 1945, which resulted in the liberation of Korea from Japanese rule.
