Ha Yoon-Kyung began her professional acting career in cinema with projects such as the 2015 film Socialphobia, in which she played Min Ha-Young and Re-Na. Her subsequent film credits include roles in Stay With Me (2016), Taklamakan (2018), Park Hwa-Young (2018), Time to Hunt (2020), Go Back (2021), Gyeong-Ah's Daughter (2022) as Yeon-Soo, and Lost (2025) as Kwon Mi-Ji.
In television, she gained widespread recognition for portraying the steadfast resident Heo Seon-Bin in the tvN medical drama series Hospital Playlist (2020) and its second season in 2021, a role she later reprised briefly in Resident Playbook (2025).
