Grown-ups Just Don't Understand (Korean: 어른들은 몰라요) is a South Korean film released on July 1, 1988. The film was directed by Lee Gyu-Hyeong and features performances by Kim Hye-Soo, Kim Se-Joon, and Lee Jae-Eun.

Plot

The story follows Jun, a former amateur boxer who encounters a character named Min-Yong. In an attempt to assist him, Jun arranges for Min-Yong to attend a kindergarten. Min-Yong's presence causes significant disruption for his teacher, Yu-Ra. Through their shared concern for the child, Jun and Yu-Ra develop a romantic relationship.

As the narrative progresses, Jun departs for intensive athletic training. Meanwhile, Min-Yong is placed in a Children's Welfare Institute for adoption but eventually escapes. After meeting with a character named Dal-Kom, who seeks assistance from Yu-Ra, the group reunites to help an unconscious Min-Yong at a hospital. The film concludes with Jun achieving victory in a title match against a Thai champion, followed by a reunion with Yu-Ra and Min-Yong before Min-Yong departs for the airport.
