Green Grape Candy (2012 Film)
Green Grape Candy (Korean: 청포도 사탕; RR: Chung Podo Satang) is a 2012 South Korean mystery-drama film written and directed by Kim Hee-Jung. The film explores the psychological impact of past trauma on the lives of women as they confront long-buried secrets.

Plot
The narrative centers on Sun-Joo, played by Park Jin-Hee, who attempts to maintain a quiet life until an unexpected event forces her to confront a painful past. Her journey toward healing becomes intertwined with a mysterious woman named So-Ra, portrayed by Park Ji-Yoon. As the two navigate their shared history, a third woman, Jung-Eun (Kim Jeong-Nan), emerges as a pivotal figure holding the key to the truth they seek.
Production
The film was directed and written by Kim Hee-Jung, with production duties handled by Jo Chang-Ho. Principal photography for the project took place in South Korea between July 9, 2011, and August 19, 2011.

Release and Festivals
Green Grape Candy held its world premiere on August 25, 2012, at the Cinema Digital Seoul Film Festival. It received a general release in South Korea on September 6, 2012. The film was also featured in international competition at the 28th Warsaw Film Festival and the 13th TOKYO FILMeX.
