Greatest Expectations (2003 Film)

Greatest Expectations (Korean: 위대한 유산; RR: Widaehan Yusan) is a South Korean romantic comedy film released on October 24, 2003. Directed by Oh Sang-Hoon, the film features performances by Im Chang-Jung and Kim Sun-A in the lead roles.

Plot

The story follows Chang-Sik (Im Chang-Jung), a man who survives by freeloading and relying on his brother, and Mi-Young (Kim Sun-A), an aspiring actress who works at her mother's video rental store. The two characters develop an antagonistic relationship after a minor, petty dispute over money. Their paths cross again when they both witness a hit-and-run incident involving an elderly man named Hwang. Upon learning of a 5 million won reward for information regarding the accident, the two become involved in a series of complications.
