Grandma's Adventure (Korean: 엄마; RR: Eomma) is a 2005 South Korean drama film directed and written by Sung-Joo Koo. The film explores themes of maternal devotion and family dynamics through the journey of an elderly woman living in a rural village.

Plot

The story centers on an elderly mother who has spent her entire life in a rural village. Due to a chronic and severe form of motion sickness, she is unable to use motorized transportation, relying exclusively on walking to travel. When she receives news that her youngest daughter is to be married in the city, she determines to attend the wedding, embarking on a long and arduous journey on foot.
