Go Back (Korean: 고백) is a 2021 South Korean drama-thriller film written and directed by Seo Eun-Young. The film explores themes of child abuse and social responsibility through the lens of a kidnapping investigation.

Plot

The narrative centers on Kim Ji-Won (Ha Yoon-Kyung), a newly appointed police officer who encounters a social worker named Oh-Soon (Park Ha-Sun). Ji-Won becomes suspicious of Oh-Soon following a high-profile kidnapping case that captures national attention. The kidnapper demands that money be donated to a welfare center to ensure the safety of the abducted child.

As the investigation unfolds, the focus shifts to Yoon Bo-Ra (Gam So-Hyun), a young girl under the care of Oh-Soon. After Bo-Ra's abusive father is discovered dead, the child goes missing, leading Ji-Won to intensify her scrutiny of Oh-Soon's involvement in the events.
