Go Ae-Ri began appearing in notable television series and streaming projects in the early 2020s. Her early television credits include portraying Yoon A-Yi's mother in the Netflix original series The Sound of Magic (2022) and appearing in the KBS2 drama special Let's Meet in an Unfamiliar Season (2022) as Bang Yeon-Jin.
