Girl Cops (Korean: 걸캅스) is a 2019 South Korean action-comedy film written and directed by Jung Da-Won. The film, distributed by CJ Entertainment, explores the partnership between two female police officers who join forces to solve a criminal case.

Plot

The story follows Mi-Young (Ra Mi-Ran), a former legendary detective who has transitioned to a desk job at a public service center following her marriage. Her life changes when Ji-Hye (Lee Sung-Kyung), a hot-headed rookie detective, is transferred to the same department after causing trouble in her previous assignment. Despite their initial friction, the two women eventually collaborate to investigate a complex criminal case.

The film was directed by Jung Da-Won, who also penned the screenplay. Principal photography for the project commenced on July 5, 2018, and concluded on September 27, 2018. The film was released in South Korea on May 9, 2019, with a total runtime of 107 minutes.
