Gips (Japanese: ギプス, Hepburn: Gipusu) is a 2001 Japanese psychological drama film directed by Akihiko Shiota. It was released as part of the Love Cinema series, specifically designated as Volume 5. The film explores the complex and often unsettling dynamic that develops between two women following a chance encounter.

Plot
The narrative centers on Kazuko, a 22-year-old secretary who encounters Tamaki while returning home from work. Tamaki is struggling to navigate the sidewalk on crutches, hindered by a cast and an ill-fitting shoe. After Kazuko assists her, she follows Tamaki back to her apartment. The interaction quickly shifts from a simple act of kindness into a tense, psychological game between the two characters.
