Plot Synopsis
Matsuri Hoshino serves as a secretary to her father, the ruling party's secretary-general. Regarded as her father's potential successor with political aspirations of her own, her life shifts when an anonymous letter arrives for her father. The letter contains a newspaper clipping reporting the death of a medical school dean from a fall alongside an accusation reading "You killed." Matsuri investigates her father's past in secret, uncovering hidden secrets. After her father discovers her actions through an incident, he dismisses her from her secretarial position and banishes her from his home.
Having lost everything, Matsuri encounters Akari Tsukioka, who operates a small snack bar independently.
