Friendly and Harmonious (Korean: 화기애애; RR: Hwa-ki-ae-ae) is a 2005 South Korean educational film directed by Jang Hee-Seon. Produced in collaboration with the Korean Women Workers Associations United, the film serves as a resource to address the prevalence and impact of sexual harassment within professional environments.

Production and Purpose

The film was developed with the dual objective of highlighting the psychological and professional consequences of sexual harassment for women in the workplace and advocating for systemic change.
