Plot Synopsis
The narrative follows three accomplished individuals from different fields who experience a downturn in their careers and find themselves on the remote Yeongseon Island, where they seek the truth behind a pivotal incident that disrupted their lives.
Jung Ho-Myung, portrayed by Shin Ha-Kyun, was formerly a top black agent within the National Intelligence Service (NIS). Following a false accusation, he left the agency and currently works under a concealed identity as a cook at the Oran Chinese Restaurant on Yeongseon Island while pursuing the circumstances surrounding his downfall.
Bong Je-Soon, played by Oh Jung-Se, is a former North Korean special agent once recognized as a powerful human weapon known as Fire Dog. After an unexpected operation accident, he washed ashore on Yeongseon Island. He suffers from memory loss and identity confusion while dealing with workplace friction.
Kang Beom-Ryong, played by Heo Sung-Tae, operates a convenience store on Yeongseon Island. He was previously a high-ranking gangster and the number two figure in the Volcano Gang before an incident caused the organization to dissolve. Seeking revenge related to past events, he travels to Yeongseon Island with ambitions to restore his former status.
