Extended Family (Korean: 대가족; RR: Daegajok) is a 2024 South Korean comedy-drama film directed and written by Yang Woo-Seok. The film was released in South Korea on December 11, 2024, and distributed by Lotte Entertainment.

Plot

The story centers on Ham Mu-Ok (Kim Yun-Seok), a successful owner of a popular dumpling restaurant. Despite his professional success, Mu-Ok faces a personal crisis regarding his family legacy. His only son, Ham Mun-Seok (Lee Seung-Gi), has chosen to live as a monk, leaving Mu-Ok without grandchildren to carry on the family line. The situation takes an unexpected turn when two children arrive at the restaurant, claiming that Ham Mun-Seok is their father.
