Exit (2019 South Korean Film)
Exit is a 2019 South Korean disaster action-comedy film written and directed by Lee Sang-Geun. The film follows the story of Yong-Nam, an unemployed man who was once a prominent rock climber in his university days, and his former club member, Ui-Joo, as they navigate a life-threatening disaster involving a mysterious toxic gas leak.

Plot
Yong-Nam (Cho Jung-Seok) struggles to find steady employment after graduating from university. His life takes a turn when he attends his mother's 70th birthday celebration at a convention hall. There, he encounters Ui-Joo (Lim Yoon-A), who works as an assistant manager at the venue. The two were previously members of the same university rock climbing club, where Yong-Nam had once confessed his feelings for her, only to be rejected. Their reunion is interrupted when a lethal, toxic gas begins to spread throughout the city, forcing the pair to use their climbing skills to survive and save others.

The film was directed and written by Lee Sang-Geun. Principal photography for Exit commenced on August 4, 2018, and concluded on December 12, 2018.
