Eolreong Ddungddang Hong Shin So

Eolreong Ddungddang Hong Shin So (Korean: 얼렁뚱땅 흥신소), also known as Four Gold Chasers, is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2 in 2007. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast on Monday and Tuesday nights at 21:55.

Plot

The story centers on three individuals—Moo-yeol, Yong-soo, and Hee-kyung—who work in a dilapidated building in downtown Seoul. Moo-yeol is a taekwondo instructor facing financial difficulties, Yong-soo operates a comic book store, and Hee-kyung is a taro card reader who relies on her acting skills to attract clients. After being hired to find a lost cat in a vacant suite that formerly housed a credit bureau, the trio discovers gold nuggets in the basement. Their discovery leads to further complications, including the finding of a human skeleton and the arrival of a mysterious woman on the building's rooftop.

Production

The series was directed by Ham Yeong-hun and Hwang In-hyuk, with a screenplay written by Park Yeon-sun. It premiered on October 8, 2007, and concluded on November 27, 2007. The show occupied the Monday and Tuesday 21:55 time slot on KBS2, following the conclusion of I am Sam. It was subsequently replaced by Cruel Love on December 3, 2007.
