Plot Synopsis

As teenagers, Woo Su-Bin and Joo Yi-Jae shared ambitions of becoming movie directors. When they were 19 years old, Woo Su-Bin suddenly departed. Throughout his twenties, Woo Su-Bin dedicated himself intensely to his filmmaking goals, ultimately achieving success as a celebrated movie director in his thirties after directing a debut feature film that gained recognition at international film festivals. He subsequently returns to South Korea to reconnect with Joo Yi-Jae. Meanwhile, Joo Yi-Jae experienced frustration due to challenging life circumstances in her twenties and abandoned her early aspirations. Now working as a broadcasting reporter in her thirties, she maintains physical fitness, wit, friendliness, and regional dialect adaptability, though she carries an underlying emotional void. Hearing about Woo Su-Bin revives memories of the ambitions she once set aside.
