Donghae Mulgwa Baekdusan-i

Donghae Mulgwa Baekdusan-i (Korean: 동해물과 백두산이), also known by the English title North Korean Guys, is a 2003 South Korean comedy film directed by Ahn Jin-Woo. The film explores the premise of two North Korean men who find themselves in South Korea under unexpected circumstances.

Plot

The story follows two friends who, while on a fishing trip in North Korea, fall asleep and accidentally drift across the border into South Korean waters. Stranded and without resources, the pair attempts to navigate life in the South. Their primary goal becomes returning home, which they hope to achieve by winning a singing contest that offers a trip to North Korea as the grand prize.
