Plot Overview
Totei University Hospital faces a massive financial deficit. Investor Nicholas Tange, nicknamed the "Vulture," steps in with a turnaround plan focused on restructuring and cost-cutting. At Nicholas Tange’s request, freelance surgeon Michiko Daimon returns to Totei University Hospital to handle complex medical cases amidst the institutional upheaval.
