Ditto (Korean: 동감; RR: Donggam) is a 2022 South Korean romantic drama film directed and written by Seo Eun-Young. The film is a remake of the 2000 motion picture of the same name. It stars Yeo Jin-Goo and Cho Yi-Hyun in the lead roles, exploring themes of connection across time.
Plot
The narrative centers on two university students living in different eras who find a way to communicate. Kim Yong (Yeo Jin-Goo) is a mechanical engineering student in 1999 who returned to his studies after completing his mandatory military service. In the present day, Kim Mu-Nee (Cho Yi-Hyun) is a sociology student who enrolled in 2021. Through an unexpected connection, the two begin to share their experiences and personal stories across the decades.
