Deok-Goo (Korean: 덕구), released internationally as Stand by Me, is a 2018 South Korean drama film written and directed by Bang Soo-In. The film explores the emotional bond between an elderly man and his two grandchildren.

Plot
The story centers on an elderly grandfather, played by Lee Soon-Jae, who is tasked with raising his two grandchildren, Deok-Goo and Deok-Hee, on his own. As he faces the reality of his own declining health and limited time remaining, he begins to make preparations to ensure his grandchildren's future well-being.

The film was directed and written by Bang Soo-In. Principal photography for the project commenced on January 1, 2017, and concluded on February 5, 2017. It was distributed in South Korea by Megabox Plus M.
