Deep Trap (2015 Film)

Deep Trap (Korean: 함정; RR: Hamjung) is a 2015 South Korean suspense-thriller film directed by Kwon Hyung-Jin. The film, which was released on September 10, 2015, follows a couple who encounter a dangerous situation during a trip to a remote island.

Plot

The story centers on a couple, Joon-Sik (played by Jo Han-Sun) and his wife, who travel to a remote island. During their visit, they encounter a local man named Sung-Chul (played by Ma Dong-Seok), leading to a series of tense and threatening events.

Production

The film was directed by Kwon Hyung-Jin, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Han Soo-Bong. During its development phase, the project was known by the working title Gyohwan (Exchange). The film has a runtime of 96 minutes and was distributed by Invent D.
