Crash Course in Romance (Korean: 일타 스캔들; RR: Ilta Seukaendeul) is a South Korean television series that aired on the cable network tvN in 2023. The series, directed by Yoo Je-won and written by Yang Hee-seung and Yeo Eun-ho, consists of 16 episodes. It was broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays at 21:10 KST from January 14 to March 5, 2023.
Plot
The story follows Nam Haeng-seon (played by Jeon Do-yeon), a former national athlete who operates a side dish store. Known for her optimistic personality and resilience, she navigates the competitive world of private education while supporting her family. Her life intersects with Choi Chi-yeol (played by Jung Kyoung-ho), a highly successful and popular instructor in the private education sector. Despite his professional fame and wealth, Chi-yeol struggles with sensitivity and indifference toward others. As they interact, their relationship evolves into a romance.

The series occupied the Saturday and Sunday 21:10 time slot on tvN. It followed the conclusion of Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow and was succeeded by Pandora: Beneath the Paradise, which began airing on March 11, 2023.
