Come Back Home (2022 Film)

Come Back Home (Korean: 컴백홈) is a South Korean comedy film released on October 5, 2022. The film was directed by Lee Yeon-woo, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Ha Kyung-jin. It features a cast including Song Sae-byeok, Ra Mi-ran, and Lee Beom-soo.

Plot

The story follows Ki-se (played by Song Sae-byeok), a struggling comedian who returns to his hometown after an absence of 15 years. Upon his return, he reconnects with old friends, including Young-sim (Ra Mi-ran). The narrative takes an unexpected turn when Ki-se becomes embroiled in a local criminal case, which leads to him being thrust into the role of boss for a powerful criminal organization. Meanwhile, Kang-don (Lee Beom-soo), the second-in-command of the same gang, actively schemes to seize control of the organization.
