Class of Lies

Class of Lies (Korean: 미스터 기간제; RR: Miseuteo Giganje), also known by its early English title Mr. Temporary, is a South Korean television series that aired on the cable network OCN in 2019. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 23:00, running from July 17 to September 5, 2019.

Plot

The story follows Ki Moo-Hyeok (played by Yun Kyun-Sang), a lawyer known for his high success rate who is primarily motivated by financial gain. Following a murder case at a high school that severely damages his professional reputation, he infiltrates the school by working as a temporary teacher. His objective is to restore his standing by uncovering the secrets hidden by the students. During his investigation, he collaborates with Ha So-Hyun (Keum Sae-Rok), a physical education teacher who is deeply committed to her students' well-being. Together, they work to expose the truth behind the school's internal conflicts.

Production and Broadcast

The series was directed by Sung Yong-Il and written by Jang Hong-Cheol. It occupied the OCN Wednesday and Thursday 23:00 time slot, following the conclusion of Save Me 2 and preceding The Running Mates: Human Rights, which premiered on September 18, 2019.
