Chun Ja's Happy Events (Korean: 춘자네 경사났네) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) network in 2008. The series consists of 111 episodes and was broadcast on weekdays at 20:20.

Plot

The story follows Hwang Chun-ja, a former bar employee living on a remote island where she operates a karaoke establishment. She is a single mother who raised her daughter, Yeon Boon-hong. Boon-hong, a 24-year-old nursing assistant at a local public health center, is characterized by her bright and kind personality. Despite the challenges of living with her mother and the difficulties associated with their circumstances, Boon-hong maintains a positive outlook. The narrative centers on her experiences after she becomes pregnant and is subsequently abandoned by her boyfriend.
