Choi Yu-ju: South Korean Singer and Actress

Choi Yu-ju (Hangul: 최유주), professionally known as Yu Ju or Yuju, is a South Korean singer and actress born on March 5, 1997. She is recognized for her work in the entertainment industry as a member of the K-pop girl group Cherry Bullet and for her roles in various television drama series and films.

Music Career

Choi debuted as a member of the South Korean girl group Cherry Bullet under FNC Entertainment. As part of the group, she participated in musical releases and promotional activities.

Acting Career

In addition to her music career, Choi has pursued acting, appearing in several television dramas and film projects. Notable television credits include her roles in The Escape of the Seven (2023) and its sequel The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection (2024) as Song Ji-Sun / Michell, Namib (2024–2025) as Kyung Ha-Na, and Spring of Youth (2025). Her performance in The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection earned her the Best New Actress award at the 2024 SBS Drama Awards held on December 21, 2024. She also appeared in the film Everyday We Are (2022) as Kim Joon-Yeon.
